Blurt Shirts is starting to develop a new "foreign language quips" line. The first two German designs are available for purchase, and more will be coming soon.
The line will feature designs that take your American pop culture blurts, such as "What's up?" and others, and translate them into a variety of languages, all for fun and enjoyment.
You can see the developing Foreign Language section here. We hope you enjoy it, and continue to shop and buy from Blurt Shirts.
Thank you.

Valentine's Day is now seen in the rear view mirror. St. Patrick's Day is coming up, and Easter arrives shortly after that. Our St. Patty's Day designs are up and available for purchase. We took a humorous look at this day full of fun, being Irish, and, er, drinking. We hope you find something worth wearing as you celebrate.
Easter, on the other hand, ought to be treated with reverence, and that is what we did. There are four designs available for you. We hope you like them.

If you want to find some fun St. Patrick's Day designs, take a look at our Holidays - St. Patrick's Day section. We've introduced four designs this year. Coming soon, we will be introducing a line of Easter designs as well. Please note that these designs will be religious in nature, and not cutesy-kidsy.
We hope you enjoy our designs and find something that you would like to purchase. Thank you for your patronage.
*Note, as of 7:00pm EST 2/14, these designs have been submitted to Zazzle, but not yet posted. They should be posted as of 8:00am on 2/15.

Sometimes, politicians make it way too easy to poke fun at them. Take our President, Barack Obama. After voters showed their displeasure with the direction his administration and Congressional Democrats are taking the country - for the third time (VA, NJ and MA) - he stands up at the State of the Union Address, berates Republicans and the Supreme Court, and flips the bird at voters. Hope and change, not really. The Obama Way...yes. He will never stop fighting for...oops, got that wrong. He will never stop fighting you.
|
If you were so inclined to watch President Obama's first State of the Union Address, you know that it really wasn't a "state of the union" speech. It looked, tasted, sound and felt like a campaign speech, with many of the same promises which will never be kept (thankfully!).
Some "news" commentators made some remarks after the gig, er, address, which will go down in infamy. Especially Chris Matthews' comment that he forgot Obama was black. We've immortalized that comment on a couple of shirts:
Be sure to stop by our Obama section to see more Obama - or more specifically, anti-Obama - designs. Or at our Elections 2010 section for designs related to the 2010 elections.

Global Warming...er, "climate change". The Scott Brown election in MA. Congressional primaries. And the ongoing saga of the Obama administration. They are all providing plenty of Blurt Shirts fodder. Watch for new political designs coming soon and often!

If you haven't stopped there lately, be sure to click on the Favorites link. We have posted the stores of a number of our favorite artists and shop keepers. Be sure to support the community through these links. The affiliate and the shopkeeper both benefit.
Thanks.

Be careful what you say in business meetings; we here at Blurt Shirts may pick it up and put it on a shirt. We did that recently with this one:
Then added the following design as well:
Or, just keep saying silly things. We will never run out of material that way!

Even though Christmas is upon us, you can still take advantage of Zazzle promotions for those January birthdays! And remember that Silly Season 2010 - aka mid-term Congressional elections - start in ernest as well.
Be sure to stop at the store and check out our Revolution 2010 and Silly Season lines.
Thank you for your support during the Christmas season.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

If you regularly look at the Blurt Shirts news page, you may not know that we recently made some changes to the rest of the site. The home page now redirects you to our store front, since that is where most folks want to go.
Does this mean we eliminated the Favorites and About Us pages? No, they are still available. You can get to them from the News page here, or from the About Us page on our store front.
Watch for changes to our store, coming soon. And be sure to follow us on Twitter and Facebook.
And last, but definitely not least...Merry Christmas to all from the Blurt Shirts family.
